WTB - Ultrabay 2000 Adapter for slimline drives

I would like to buy a new or used Ultrabay 2000 Adapter plate that allow the use of modern slimline drives. I belive the FRU p/n is 62P4556.
Please no silly prices and I am located in the uk.
