WTB: 600x motherboard

I'm looking for a Thinkpad 600X motherboard. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable price or perhaps trade for something. I've acquired a bit of a collection of Thinkpad 600 parts over the past 5 months (since I bought my first in January). But I'm trying to upgrade. Here is a short list of the parts I can remember that someone might be interested it:
MMC2 - 650Mhz
MMC2 - 500Mhz - 2
LCD screen 13.3"
MMC1 300Mhz

I've also got other stuff and could have access to other things too if you have specific needs. I just want to try and get a working 600X board. (I've bought 2 fried ones). I'm also interested in a palmrest and keyboard for the same model.

Unfortunately they're not. I've got 2 600E's right now and I'm looking to get a 600X (which takes PIII). I've got a base, but really want to upgrade my 600E to an X. I love the design and feel of these machines and just want to be able to pop in a 750 chip that I've got and use it for my everyday use... which I almost already do, but there are still a few quirks a PIII will solve (flash playback, DVD, etc).

Thanks for checking. I've been digging around Ebay for a bit but haven't had any luck and I've already bought the 2 my local shop had (unfortunately they were both buggered.).

I'll keep looking, but hopefully someone will keep me in mind if they come across one.
