Not to knock down your post, but given the specs this is a T60, and not T60p. GPU should be ATi 5200 if it were a T60p. Also, this generation of T60p units would have a 1600x1200 (UXGA) LCD.

thanks for the heads up ajkula66. I wasn't sure on that issue either, but when i looked up the type number it said t60p on the lenovo site.
However, i will change it to t60 and price dropped.

The T7200 runs at 2GHz not 1.66GHz to the best of my knowledge.

You can use CPU-Z ... just check if your systemboard is rev. 3 or higher ... AFAIK, most core duo 2613 models are.

How long you guys been here and you don't know the rules about pictures.
You need to turn those into links! OR post a warning in the title. C'mon. Marketplace is for sales anyway not discussions.
If you don't do it i'm locking up this thread.

lazyazn, your machine does have rev. 03 motherboard, so it should take in a Core 2 Duo.

Hmm.. so would it support 4G RAM under the right OS or does the motherboard limit that.

I believe it does.

This machine will not support 4GB RAM. It will use 3GB RAM, but you can install 4GB. It is a chipset limitation, and no operating system can use more than 3GB on this machine.
