FS\WTT: PC133SO-DIMM and WWAN card for X6x adapter

Up for sale/trade:

An Atheros miniPCI A/B/G WiFi card. IBM FRU 39T0081.

A strip of 128MB IBM branded PC133 SO-DIMM. FRU 19K4653

And finally, the WWAN card out of my 1704-69U X60s. It's the Sierra Wireless 1xEv-DO adapter. Have no Idea of the FRU, but if you are interested I will pull it out and have a look.

What I'm looking for:

healthy 4 cell slimline battery that will fit my X60s
AC power adapter for my X60s
Vodafone WWAN card that will again, fit my X60s

I am most interested in a swap, but am willing to sell if you want anything but have only cash in return. Will ship worldwide.
