Bruce - Are you an IBM Authorised Reseller? Could you provide an invoice for it?

I am not an authorized IBM re-seller, and I ALWAYS provide a company invoice.

What is your concern? You do not need to buy from an authorized dealer to get the warranty, in fact you do not even need an invoice.
