I'd like to play around with one of these. Preferably a 500MHz model, and preferably with the accessories (floppy, power cord, battery, etc), though I'd be willing to forgo some of those and buy them on eBay if necessary.

Also, there's one with a cracked screen on eBay which I might go for, so if someone's got a 240X screen assembly or a 240X with a dud motherboard I'd be willing to do some Frankensteining to get one working 240X.

Shoot me an offer if you've got a 240X you don't want. I'm willing to pay ~$100ish for a reasonably well-equipped example.

Well, I might be persuaded to sell the one I have in my sig (albeit with a 20gb or 40gb drive instead) but it would definitely be more than $100 because it has a new OEM battery, 256MB RAM mod, Intel wireless card with wired antennas etc. PM me if interested.

Ultimately I decided to fritter away the balance of my Paypal account on something else.
