Trade 2GHz T43 SXGA+ for your Mac/desktop/Thinkpad *PICS*

#1 Post by iThinkiAmBen » Sun May 25, 2008 3:54 pm

Anyone wanna trade their Mac/custom PC/server/Thinkpad for this thing?

It's an IBM Thinkpad T43 (but you already know that), type 2668-46U.

Specs:

- 2GHz Intel Pentium M processor, 533MHz FSB
- 1.5GB DDR2 RAM
- Fast 40GB HDD (5400RPM)
- 14" 1400x1050 display, clear, bright... yadda yadda
- CD burner/DVD-ROM
- ATI Radeon X300 PCI-E graphics card, can run windows Aero
- Battery holds a good charge (2 hrs or more)
- Good, strong hinges

Let me know if you have an offer or question.

Here are pictures of it... excuse the craptastic camera.

What kind of machine are you looking for in exchange? A gaming rig? Personal productivity desktop? Just you left it so wide open. Unless you are just looking for an equal cash value trade of systems...

Just curious :)

I don't really know...... whatever y'all have I'll look at. See, when I'm specific, so many people say "aw, I almost have that, but not quite, so I won't contact him."

So, yeah....

Bump.... come on guys!

Models I'm interested in: X31, X32, X40, X41, G40, G41, A31p, Z6x, lower end T60/R60.

For Macs: Any Powerbook G4 above 800MHz. Also any Mac desktop that's either 1GHz+ or dual processor.

For servers: One of those dual-or-quad CPU PIII Xeon boxes.

Thanks!

I have a dual P4 Xeon IBM IntelliStation M Pro that I would trade, but I think shipping might be an issue as the weight is around 50 lbs and it is quite large (see picture at http://common.ziffdavisinternet.com/uti ... 191,00.jpg). I'd expect a shipping cost of at least $100.

In case you're still interested, the specs are:
-Dual P4 Xeons, 1.7GHz each
-1GB RDRAM
-2x80GB 7200RPM IDE drives
-3x160GB 7200RPM SATA drives on a PCI RAID card
-IDE DVD-ROM drive
X230t 3434-CTO
T410s 2912-2DU
T43 2668-71U

Quite frankly, it depends on whether or not you'd pay shipping!
