LF: laptop sata adapter + 7200 rpm drive

I have a HP dv9000 with a spare hdd bay.
I am looking for a caddy, or at least the plastic sata adapter. I'd believe they are standard connectors for most sata laptop?
also seeking a nice 7200 rpm drive, maybe 60gb?
