t40p with a dead motherboard for sale

Selling my t40p, it seems to have succumbed to the dreaded dead GPU problem, and my friend and I tried to reflow the solder with no luck.

Things you will want to know

It's not 100% put back together, mostly just some screws aren't in
The whole thing is in good but not perfect shape
I think it has a pentium M 1.6
It has 1gb of ram
T40p is the one with the high res screen
The battery is less than a year old, but the end of the middle/rear hook broke off at some point. It doesn't seem to matter but I thought I'd mention it
It has a cdr/dvd drive
The keyboard and everything are fine
I'm not including the hard drive
I will include the AC adapter
Consider the motherboard to be totally useless

It's a great laptop when it's working, a new mobo SHOULD fix the problem.
