I have a stick of 256MB PC100 SDRAM for sale. It's low density and will work with just about any laptop that accepts SDRAM.

Taken from a Dell Latitude C600, which shares the 440BX chipset with the ThinkPad T20/21/22, A2x, and 600 series laptops.

Asking $35 shipped.
