WTB:Lenovo Cingular/AT&T HSPDA Mini-PCIe WWAN Card

I'm looking for a Lenovo Cingular/AT&T HSPDA Mini-PCIe WWAN Card (part #42T0931, 42T0933, or 42T0901) to add to my X300. Not really interested in running hacked bios so I will need a genuine Lenovo piece. I can't find one on ebay right now. Let me know if you have one for sale. Thanks.
