One IBM-branded (Mitsubishi MH32S64APFB-7L) 256MB low-density (8 chips per side) PC100 RAM for sale.

For use in following ThinkPads: 570/E, 600/e/x, T20/21/22, X20/21

Asking $35 shipped within the U.S., will not ship elsewhere.
ThinkPad T60 1951-43U (with many upgrades)
