Up for grabs, a matched pair of Elpida 1Gb PC2700 sticks, 128M x 64, CL 2.5 with heatsinks. In my not-so-modest opinion, the best RAM there is for any of the following ThinkPads:

T30
R40, R32
T40/p, T41/p, T42/p
X31, X32
G40, G41
Asking $150 shipped USPS Priority Mail with DC and insurance to lower 48 states. Will ship elsewhere if so desired and paid for. I'd rather not split this pair, but you're more than welcome to try and change my mind...
