ALL SOLD! Thanks everyone, this helped a lot with the new T61 purchase.

I just sold a few major parts from my T23 after the screen went out and have some more stuff to offer up here.

SOLD 256 MB ram module - Hynix chips, marked with IBM FRU, so its probably original. I don't know if these will work in T22 and lower, but it worked great in the T23 and X23: was $20 now $13 SOLD

SOLD 256 MB ram module - Marked PC133, also worked great in both X23 and T23: was $20 now $13 SOLD

Intel 2915 ABG mini pci: $15

Ultrabay floppy: $8

Ultrabay Zip 250: was $17 now $12

T23 keyboard: not bad, all keys are there and working, some shine: $11

SOLD Ultrabay battery - Mobmeter said this one was 100% a few months ago, but I never felt like it really performed THAT well. Not like the standard battery anyway. It is very nice for extending your runtimes and allowing a primary battery swap on the fly though: $28 SOLD

Ultrabay battery - Mobmeter said this one was down to 36% (ouch) or so a few months ago. Good candidate for a cell swap: $9 or $4 with any other item

SOLD Standard Battery - Mobmeter said this one was 90%+ a few months ago, and it really did seem to perform that way: $28 SOLD

Also, I found a few other old parts in my Thinkpad box:
