Complete IBM Thinkpad T40 unit. Type 2373-14U. This unit does not post. The system will make several beeping sounds when the power button is pressed. Does not come with AC charger. Since the unit does not display any picture, I was unable to verify whether any of the components is in working condition or not . All I know is that it has 512mb and 30gb hard drive. Selling this unit for $135 shipped.

Just curious...can you tell me what the beep pattern is for the series of beeps on the T40 are? I might be interested in this one...

What's the IBM P/N or FRU of this WLAN card?

Edit: Also, do you what chipset is on it - e.g. AR5004X or AR5001X?

It was producing a long beeps follow by 2 short beeps. I just tried turning it on again and the beeps went away. The screen was kinda flaky though. I believe it has the lossen Gpu like most t4x

Fru # 91P701 but I'm not exactly sure on the chipset model.
