I think any of the T4x motherboards that fit will work with your SXGA+ screen. I replaced the motherboard of my SXGA+ T41 with a motherboard from an XGA T41 and it works just fine

Even the lowest GPU (Radeon 7500) seems to work fine with SXGA+ screens. Just make sure you have the right cable because XGA cable won't work and from what I hear can fry things.
