GONE! - R31 for parts

I have R31 with 2yr old 20GB HD, new backlight. CDRW-DVD drive OK. Won't boot, suspect motherboard problem, until recently worked perfectly.
Will send anywhere in US by USPS for $20 shipping and handling.
