Where i can buy thiese complet of black stickers mounted on LCD and other screws ?

screw covers

There was a post some time back of someone using electricians black tape and a hole punch. The punch made a sticky cover that just fit the round screww holes. If you're talking about the square covers, this doesn't help you

you can also order a kit for your particular thinkpad model from IBM Boulder parts or the successor partssourceoflenovo..
boulderpartstel# 800-388-7080 if my memory is good..
you can also get the FRU number for the kit from the hardware maintenance manual..
and there are links on the lenovo support web page for your particular model..
