If the system is operational with the listed equipment and the case and lid don't have any damage, then yes, that seems to be a good price (to me). I just paid $143 for a slightly busted-up 2762-CXU (P M 1.4GHz, 256MB RAM, 40GB HDD, 12.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, Modem(CDC), 10/100 Ethernet(LOM), Cisco 802.11b wireless(MPCI), Secure chip (TCPA), Li-Ion battery, WinXP Pro). The palmrest is cracked and the LCD bezel is missing the entire right side and cracked in a couple of places on the left. The system seems to only charge the battery if it's booted with the AC adapter already connected. All of these were known issues disclosed by the seller. What he got wrong was the wireless card; it was non-functional. What can I say... I like a challenge :) .

I agree with Ray, if the machine is in decent (not even great) shape with no glitches, that's a very good price.
