WTB: Thinkpad under or around $300.00

Sorry for the vague description, but I need a thinkpad on the cheap. I would like a T4x series preferably with a 14" screen, but really I just need something to do light processing and wireless built in. Im not opposed to x-series or even a T2x series as money is the top priority. let me know if you have anything that will help, thanks.

I have just purchased a T43. In about a week, once I transfer everything over, I will have an excellent example of a T23 1.2ghz with internal wireless, 512MB ram, SXGA, WinXP, new battery, with either a 60GB 7200 or 80GB 5400 drive. Once I price it, I will post all of the details.

Don't forget about R50 or R51's with 14" displays, they're a very good option, especially the Intel-based graphics R51's.
