The basics:

ThinkPad R31 2656-AU4

Original description:

Mobile Celeron 1.066GHz (256KB)
256MB RAM.....................................none
20.0GB HDD.....................................none (cover included)
13.3 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD
8x8x24x/8x CDRW/DVD................none
Modem(CDC)
Ethernet
TV out
Li-Ion battery.................................as dead as disco
WinXP Home..................................COA intact
No AC adapter

ISSUES:

- There is a problem with power plug on this machine, one has to finagle a lot to keep it in the spot and running. However, I'm including a docking station which enables the laptop to work OK for any length of time as long as it's kept stationary.

- Normal wear/sticker residue, keyboard shine (no worn letters), overall 7.5 out of 10 altogether.

- A couple of pressure marks on the LCD, not bad at all
.

The good stuff:

Runs surprisingly smooth for its nominal configuration, and has a lid with "wireless ears" although I couldn't find any antennae making their way to the mini-PCI slot. Add $40-50 and have a fully working backup machine with docking station to boot.

Bargain-basement priced at $59.95 plus reasonable shipping to any destination on our lovely green planet.

Feel free to PM me for high-resolution pictures, or with any questions/concerns that you might have.
