I have a 1.7GHz Dothan CPU for sale, Intel model SL7EP with 2M L2 cache. It will work in any Thinkpad requiring a Pentium M CPU (not Pentium 4M). This would include T4X and R5X machines. This is a nice upgrade from any model Banias Pentium M CPU.
