ALL SOLD: PATA IDE laptop drives pulled from various ThinkPads.

All tested, formatted and firmware updated - no defects, all work great. Various models, all 2.5" & 4200 rpm, see below.

Note: The first two are slightly older/louder operating drives. They don't sound like bad drives, but the others are basically silent. I believe all the Hitachi DJSA-220's make some normal operating noise.

All prices include delivery in the U.S.

In response to questions, 1) none are 1.8", all are 2.5" laptop drives, 2) all are 4200 rpm, 3) 80GB is sold (wish I had more!)
