WTB - T60 System-board for 2007GCU (41W1454)

I'd be interested in a system-board that would be a direct replacement for my 2007GCU T60 that got "wet"! I could be interested in a repair of the board also.
I'd certainly be interested in an economical repair. I might be willing to "barter" some GM auto parts if a person needed some!
A repair in the Washington DC or Northern Virginia area would be the most practical for me.
