WTB: $280 or cheaper Thinkpad T4x laptop

It's that time again... looking for a Thinkpad laptop in the T4x line at or under the $280 mark, shipped. I know it's a tough order to ask for but this family member has a slim budget but insists on a thinkpad (naturally

Here's the pretty wide open list of needs:

- Can be a 14 or 15 incher (no scratches on LCD please)
- Unit must be in good or better shape (no train wrecks)
- Does not need to have a wifi card
- Needs to have a DVD drive or CD-RW
- Battery can be any size but needs to hold at least 70% capacity
- Resolution of screen doesnt matter
- Hard drive can be of any size, or can come without one
- Prefer to have at least 512MB of RAM on a single chip
