I have a Pentium 4 M CPU that was supposed to go in a T30, but many of the pins on the bottom got bent on the way here in the mail. I spent a good deal of time on it and was able to straighten out several pins, but my eyes can't do what they used to do...so I am offering it to anyone who wants it for the cost of shipping ($5.00). If you can manage to straighten out all the bent pins (there are many) then it should work. I will ship to the US or Canada, same price.

Can you get a picture from the CPU? I might be interested if you ship outside US / Canada

A very good and easy way to straighten bent CPU pins is with the tip of a mechanical pencil (after removing the pencil lead). Just place the tip over the bent pin (fully insert the pin into the pencil tip) and straighten. Voila.

Note: Care should be taken not to bend pins back and forth too much or they will snap off.

This is a great upgrade for A31's.
