on 7/23/2008 I sent a pm to jycool about a hdrv and ultra-bay.
It asked if he would take a USPS mo since my paypal is tied to a cc. I sent a second pm asking again about a USPS MO and the address to send it to. NO RETURN ANSWER. BUT NOW LISTED AS SOLD.

Have you tried the email button in any of the posts by jycool? I know it's a college and it's summertime but that might be another avenue for contact. The user has posted here two days ago. Also, is the PM sitting in your Outbox (not yet read) or Sentbox (has been read)?
