All parts work with 600E, you'd have to check if they are compatible with other thinkpads. Prices are as follows:
Docking station with keys: $15 shipped
Floppy Drive: $10 shipped
100MB Zip Drive: $10 shipped
External enclosure(caddy?) for floppy/zip drive: $8 shipped
Also selling a slightly used Belkin Wireless G card(only comes with the card), $10 shipped
