FS: Ultrabay Slim DVDR Drive and SEALED 2GB PC2-5300 RAM

Ultrabay Slim DVD MULTI + drive that came with X4 dock for my X41. It's plagued with the "Power calibration" error when burning DVDs. I'm not sure if this is just a software/firmware issue. But it burns everything else just fine.
