**FOUND** 15" T4x/R5x keyboard (NMB preferred)

I'd originally made a deal with harryc for the one he had for sale but circumstances came about whereby he still needed the keyboard so refunded my original payment. (No hard feelings, of course :))

So I'll cast a net out and see if anyone else can help out. I'd prefer NMB but anything will do. Light to moderate keyboard shine is fine, but all keys must be intact and the letters/numbers/symbols not worn.

Please PM with your asking price - I have money sitting in my Paypal account waiting to be transferred to whoever can supply me something at a reasonable price.

Thanks :)

ar you still looking for a keyboard?
have a look at the following 2 auctions:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Thinkpad-Keyboard-3 ... 0089301975
http://cgi.ebay.com/Thinkpad-Keyboard-3 ... 0089359602

i've bought from this seller and everything was perfect. new-in-box, just as advertised. one of the items i bought was one of these exact keyboards. by p/n it is the NMB you're looking for and i can confirm that the one i received has the "blue pads" under each key, which i understand to be the sign of an NMB.

the auctions say "ships to US", but if you're interested, you might fire off a note to the seller.

Thanks for the heads up, sarbin :) I'll keep an eye on those 2 auctions, but I don't really need a brand new one.

Which means, of course, that I'm still looking.

I've got a new 15" NMB on the way to replace my faulty ALPS. The right arrow key has just about completely failed - and dismantling the key mech did not fix it. PM me if you're interested.

Hmm, I have a 15" US T4x/R5x keyboard that i instantly removed from a mint T42 bought in the US. The keyboard looks as if it was only used for a few months, lettering is intact, no dust or hair anywhere - only very light shine.

Just two "problems".

- It is Alps (FRU 93P4840)
- Shipping from Denmark is probably very expensive, but i could check.

I can ship it in the box meant for thinkpad keyboards, only with the slight difference that the FRU number on the box is for the danish keyboard - i have no us box.

If it's still of any interest, just PM or reply here, else consider this a free thread bump :)
