SOLD: 2GB Solid State Drive by M-Systems for IBM. I think IBM sold them as boot drives for blade servers.
PATA-IDE-Interface 2.5" form factor.

Works perfectly, basically new. I used it for testing in a T40. I slimmed down an XP Pro install and a Linux install, both worked fine.
Great for testing or backup of data. Obviously, quiet and cool running!
