What would the market bear for my T23?

Here are the stats:

Condition: Screen has no dead pixels, 2 small pressure marks, red hew 20 seconds into bootup clears....back light can be replaced.
The 1.2 was installed with artic silver and all the internals were cleaned. There are no plastics broken or cracked inside/outside. All screws and caps present. A few scratchs on the lid. Keyboad has some shin. All stickers on the palm rest removed. IBM sticker is present and good condition. 7 out of 10. Backlight replaced 8.5 out of 10.

Thats about it. This TP has been a charm. It has been much fun learning and building it.

Im thinking $300-$350 local/craigslist, $250-$300 shipped Thinkpads.com/Ebay.

You'd be much better of pulling out RAM and selling it separately, leaving the machine with 128 or 256MB inside...that's the only way you'll come close to where you want to be IMHO...and try to sell it locally or on CL...

Just do an advanced search on Ebay for recently completed auctions for T23 Thinkpads with similar specs. That will give you a good idea of what people are willng to pay these days.
