I have a top lid taken from a T42: BT antennae, wireless antennae, some screw covers missing and the LCD is cracked. The lid latch lever is also inoperative; the lid doesn't fully close (should be a relatively easy fix). I had to replace this with another lid but this lid may be useful for parts and if someone knows how to replace the LCD, it should work fine. The backlight should be OK as it came from a T42 that was around 4 years old but no guarantees.

Looking for $25 shipped to CONUS. Paypal preferred although cash/checks are fine too.

What is the screen size, 14" probably, and the resolution?

Sorry, the screen size is 14" and I believe the resolution was XGA but it's cracked so you'll have to replace it.

Brad is asking about the resolution to determine if the LCD cable and inverter are useful for his needs.

Ah, I see. I learn something new every day. I didn't know the LCD cable and inverter was different for different screens.
