WTB: T42 or X41 Tablet

Looking for either a tablet thinkpad to play with or a fairly stripped T42 (no proc, no ram, no hard drive). Tablet can not have ram or hard drive too. Wanting to spend about $350- $400.

Thanks everyone for the offers on machines. Now I have to figure out which one I want; ultimate mobility and long battery life with a X40/41 or a nice balance of that and more power with the T43/42... so many choices :S

Thank you all again for all the machine offers. I decided to go with a T42 with the Radeon 9600, and SXGA display. Will be putting the Dothan 1.86ghz thats in my T40 currently along with the 2gb DDR333 and a 120gb Seagate 7200.2 5400 RPM hard drive. It best replaces the T40 and my old 17" notebook quite nicely.

I do however need a new T40 keyboard as my girlfriend left the lid open and my kitties knocked the J key off and broke the plastic piece. I am also interested in a bluetooth module for the T42.
