Are they all the same? I have a couple of hundred of diff. type of thinkpad screws. Is it the wider small one with both philips and wide screwdriver notch?

Thanks, CJ. I think all caddy screws are the same, but not all TP screws are the same. These are Phillips-head screws with a flat, pancake-style 3/16" wide head, that fit into the tapped holes in a HDD. If you have a 2.5" HDD around and a screw fits and has that style of head, then that's the screw.
