The LCD is new and virtually perfect except for very slight shadow in the bottom right corner, noticeable only to we perfectionists. There is no keyboard wear or shine. IBM replaced the LCD and keyboard with new ones in August. These are now about as good as it gets on a T43. The exterior lid has some slight corner wear (but they're still all black) and some minor scuffs from light use but nothing serious... about 8.5/10. The bottom and sides are 9.5+/10. Open the laptop, and it looks literally new inside... definitely 10/10

Actually, the price was in the title to begin with. But the price in the title somehow got truncated upon editing the body.

It's not really an "asking" price, it's my best price first, as I hate negotiating. Next stop, ebay. I got two of these the same but I'm keeping one (has less warranty and no HD upgrade yet).
