**FOUND**: Type II PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter

#1 Post by Harryc » Tue Sep 02, 2008 6:23 pm

I just need something that works in Linux. CardBus - type II, 10/100 is fine. Nothing fancy like Gigabit is necessary. I figure there must be a ton of these laying around out there. Let me know what you have. I have 2 x 512MB PC2-4200 for trade if you are interested in it... or cash.

I have stacks of 10bt non-cardbus Linksys, and a few 10/100 Linksys that I have used on my old libretto in linux and BeOS. (the 10bt work the best I find for netinstalling old distros)
No use for any DDR2 these days, but could sell for a cheap price.
ThinkPads ... T61p(4x3), X61s, 820

Thanks for the offer. I ended up needing one in a hurry, so I visited a store locally.
