WTB: 1 GB PC2700 T42 Compatible RAM and 14" SXGA Screen

Looking for a compatible stick of 1 GB PC2700 for my T42. Also looking for a 14 SXGA screen, screen must have no scratches or marking, I'm not looking for trouble when I'm using it.

I have a spare 6-Cell Sanyo battery if anyone wants to do a trade + cash. The 6-Cell reports full charge capacity in the low 20's.
