Sorry, I have to ask - wouldn't most T60s and X61s still be under warranty? If so, then you can get the recovery CDs free from Lenovo if you give a decent reason (i.e. my hard drive crashed).

Not all thinkpads come with 3 year warranty.

I believe some of the T60's were coming with only 1 year warrantys if you were getting the CTO models.

Would you consider selling separately. (I already have T60 XPP)
Also, your signature says you have T60 and X60t. Confirming 2nd set is x61t
