Up for sale is a Thinkpad G41 in excellent condition. The only (very minor) blemish is a 1-cm hair-like line on the LCD, which isn't obvious and I didn't notice it until after using the laptop for over a month! Specs:

Product: ThinkPad G41 2886-79U

Current specs: P4-M 548 (3.33GHz), 1GB PC2700 RAM (2x512MB), 80GB 5400rpm HDD, 15 SXGA+(1400x1050) TFT LCD, 128MB nVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200, CD-RW/DVD-R Multi-Burner, IBM Atheros 802.11b/g wireless(MPCI), Modem(CDC), 1Gb Ethernet(LOM), four USB2 ports, 12 cell Li-Ion battery (holds 58.49Wh charge, i.e. 62% of original charge), WinXP Pro COA, WinXP Pro recovery discs, recovery partition intact, AC adapter

The overal cosmetic condition is at least 9.3 out of 10. There are several minor scuff marks on the LCD lid and the keyboard has some shine. Otherwise, this unit looks great.

Payment options:

1) Local pickup: $380 in cash

2) U.S. buyers paying with a personal check or money order: $380 plus actual postage

3) All buyers paying with PayPal (credit cards okay): $380 plus actual postage plus PayPal fee, i.e. 3% for U.S. and 4% for non-U.S. buyers

A quick look at what's available on eBay shows that my asking price is very competitive. The ones for sale right now have 40GB HDD (mine is 80GB), 1024x768 resolution with integrated GPU (mine is 1400x1050 with discrete GPU), slower CPUs, and CDRW/DVD drive (mine is DVD burner), and no recovery discs.
