Prefer matched pair of Kingston KTM-TP133/512.

Matched pair of IBM OEM (e.g. hynix) equivalent memory is OK.

Check eBay with 512mb pc133 sodimm

I've bought from Smile'n'Tango several times.
Get 2 of his single 512MB ones, rather than the 1GB offer (2x 512).
It's $1.- cheaper.

PS: a matched pair does diddly squat for your T23.
