LF Feeler - R60 Palm Rest

I heard this rattle in my R60 so I popped off the palm rest thinking there was a screw rattling around in there. A little piece of plastic fell out from I don't know where, but in popping of the palm rest I broke the rear snap on the left side. I may be in the market for a new one. I might just see how it goes before I commit to buying a new one, but was wondering what a replacement might cost me?

I also thought would it be possible to add the fingerprint reader? I'd never use, but wondered what was involved in upgrading it. Thanks for any help.

It comes in several flavors: With and without fingerprint. 14" 15" 15.4" wide. What model R60?
