I'm looking for A31P models with impressive specs, the ones who still keep up in today's world

Here is what I have:
ThinkPad A31p 2653-R9U
Original description: P4-M 2GHz, 256MB RAM, 40GB HDD, 15 UXGA(1600x1200) TFT LCD, 16x10x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, Modem(MPCI), Ethernet(CDC), Wi-Fi wireless(MPCI), IEEE 1394, IBM Secure Chip(TCPA), Bluetooth(CDC), TV out, Li-Ion battery, WinXP
Only difference from the original specs is that it now is running with 1024MB RAM. It's lid also got broken near the left side LCD hinge, and I've glued it back together. Works fine, but you can still clearly see where the crack was glued.
I'm either going to start using it again, or sell for $300 shipped.
