I have two of these that I bought new in September 2005 for my T40. Great performance. So the warranty is up on both, but they've been good drives for me with no errors. I ran them in a software RAID-0 configuration (Linux, 65MB/s on the fast side of the array) using the 2nd Hard Drive adapter (for sale in separate post).
