FS: Memory dimms - bona fide IBM FRU parts

Came across the following memory parts and decided to post them for sale here in case anyone's interested. They are genuine IBM parts pulled from my wife's T43 and my T60p.

* 1 512MB DDR2-533 (PC2-4200) sodimm: came from her T43 2686-M5U, still has IBM FRU sticker on it - asking $9 OBO + actual shipping

* 1 1GB DDR2-667 (PC2-5300) sodimm: came from my T60p 2007-93U, also has the IBM FRU sticker on it - asking $15 OBO + actual shipping
