1gb stick of RAM in perfect working condition. I bought it new from Newegg in July for my Thinkpad x40 (which it worked perfectly in). I've since sold the x40, so I no longer need the RAM.

Specifics:
Crucial 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Laptop Memory

I'm asking $20 for it plus shipping costs (probably around $5).
