LF: X41 hard disk + X41 Tablet LCD screen

I'm looking for X40/41 hard disk, 30GB and up. This is the 1.8in IDE one.
Also looking for a X41 Tablet LCD screen, can buy the whole unit or just the LCD itself. Must be in good working condition with no major white spots, scratches, etc.
