FS: ThinkPad T30 (2366-PU3) Parts
Posted: Sun Oct 12, 2008 3:03 pm
I just screwed up a working T30 (2366-PU3) while trying to fix the second memory slot. So... I now have quite some T30 parts for sale. Read on if you are interested.
Pictures are available at

No hard drive (the catridge is still there), battery, power adapter, and memory chips.
LCD – The panel works for sure. There is one dead pixel (lower middle part). All the wires are there but the front bezel is missing.
Motherboard – It was a working motherboard until I screwed it up in trying to fix the second memory slot. I created some bridges and eventually ripped off some connecting pins. I cannot fix it but if you are good at soldering, you may be able to fix it. I have a picture of the fried memory slot. The 1.6GHZ CPU on it works for sure. All components and the fan assembly are on the board.
Cisco AIR-MPI350 Wireless Card
DVD drive – It works but it is an old one.
Keyboard – Working but not great. You have to press hard for several keys to function.
All screws are in a plastic bag.
My intention is not to make a profit from this one but more about to help someone who may need the parts – so if you are interested, please send me an email with a reasonable price plus shipping (I think it should be less than $20 for ground shipping?).
