Up for sale are the following items:

APA-CF18H - these are great adapters with on-board voltage regulation from 5v to 3.3v and fit perfectly into the hdd slot for the X40/X41. I bought these thinking I would do the CF upgrade, but my hdd is perfectly fine right now, so no need to keep these.
I'm asking $20 + shipping. I have two (2) of these for sale.

512Mb PC2-4200 (DDR2 533) SODIMM - I upgraded my X41 to 2Gb RAM, so I don't need this anymore.
I'm asking $5 + shipping.

56K Modem (MDC-2) - I upgraded my X41 to the Bluetooth BMDC-3 module, so I don't need this anymore.
