Need 2-3 T42p 15"LCD keyboards.

If I were you, I would certainly rush and get this!
New keyboards can be ordered from the IBM US Parts and Maintenance parts site - although eBay might be cheaper sometimes... The part numbers can be found via Keyboard service parts - ThinkPad T40/p, T41/p, T42/p and the Hardware Maintenance Manual - ThinkPad T40, T40p, T41, T41p, T42, T42p will show you how to replace the keyboard, if you don't already know how to do this. If not, then also check the movies found at Hardware removal and installation - ThinkPad T40/p, T41/p, T42/p, T43/p.
